Mostra House Decaf rotates seasonally and is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process (SWP).
The SWP method is done in small batches and is 100% chemical-free. The green beans are pre-soaked in water and introduced to Green Coffee Extract (GCE), a solution concentrated with coffee solubles that extract the caffeine without extracting the coffee's particular flavor.
